That was my experience there about 3 years ago. It's a totally Indian-run company. I only lasted about a month there and had to get out. Check the archives; about 90-95% negative comments.

I currently work for a national who has overhired and is not hiring for any positions right now. I would like start a career doing QA instead of transcribing all the time (my wrists are not holding up the way they used to). Thanks.

and the account specifics would make you nuts. specifically, they wanted tables edited that would take about 15 mins/per @ 4 cpl. also we kept running out of work, so yea, at $7/hour I quit and am doing just fine now back on clinic work.

I agree, horrid sound and crooked line counts
The line counter was a ripoff. The sound quality was bad because it was copied over like a generation or 2. Copies of copies or played into a phone or something. Awful. AND they scolded and sent nasty emails. I swear I was in a depression during the time I worked for them. Real bad, real bad.
Agreed. Could not make any money there. Platform is horrid. I wouldnt matter if you were paid 18 cpl
if you couldnt get a good line count in.
