Not the OP, but I found it right on the Home page, under the Join Us! in big bold letters:

But that apparently is for their on-site Philippine MTs, so moot point (see Careers and Distinctives).

However, I really do love all this from their American site, with the big old American flag on the MT News page and their pics of apparently all American-as-apple-pie MTs:

'The key to a combined work force is an MTSO who actually employees [sic] all its team members and not subcontract to offshore companies which is considered outsourcing outside the US.   Synthescribe has offices throughout the world and each office is owned and managed by Synthescribe.'

So when you apply to be an Editor and likely end up re-doing their Philippines' work, you're not really participating in offshore outsourcing, right?
