They go by number of lines only, the time sheet is basically worthless. It probably covers OSI's a** if they are audited but you can not enter any OT whatsoever on it unless it approved in advance no matter how many lines you have. And there is no incentive for more lines. If you work on your days off you are not allowed to enter those hours on the time sheet if it puts you into OT. The only thing they every go by is the lines. If you work 7 days a week you are not allowed to add in the 2 extra days on your time sheet if it puts you in OT. That is what is illegal and they know it but they still want you to work on your days off, you will get lines but you can not record your hours.
