Having a bad day?

Wow, sound pretty burned out there.  There are pros and cons to working in-house and at home, I'll agree, but to say there is no difference?  Oookaay!  Tons of difference - flexibility for one.  I volunteer at my kids' school or how about not a nightmare when a child falls ill on a school day?  Gimmee a break - those are just two pros which in my book constitute a big difference to the quality of my family's life.
