MDI-MD? You have a 24-hour window to complete your committed lines (700 part-time, 1200 full-time). My account is on the Bayscribe platform which is very MT-friendly and easy to rack up lines with the platform and its expander. They NEVER call you, no IM whatsoever, and they just leave you alone to do your job. The liaisons and the QA staff are all great, too.

If you haven't tried them, give them a go. While some would say they are not 'true IC' because of the line commitment, they sure do the trick for me so no complaints here.
