someone i know is a super hacker for websites and knows how to search for info. it will pull up all statements that have ever been posted about MD-IT but you must type it just as i have posted.

They were lowest cpl in my recent job search
Also, I saw an ad for them for $12.50/hour. It seems they are leading the charge to push down MT salaries.
In addition, they do not pay based on experience. My 25+ years in acute care teaching hospitals in EVERY specialty counted for nothing.
BTW, when I changed jobs, I spent exactly FIVE reports on full QA and then was turned loose, immediately meeting their daily requirements. So I think Spheris is a better fit for those with very little experience and needing heavy QA. They must pay MTs so little because they have big overhead with QA.

Ex: chase site:mtstars.com revealed all the posts written about this transcriptoin company, most recent first.
In a recent job search, they were the lowest offer.

Any recent info on MedTrans Unlimited? newest archived info is 9 months old... m
Has anything changed in 9 months? Particular worries are the invoice/pay time; one post mentioned 2 to 3 week wait and another post stated 1 week. Info from the company states pay is sent out 10 days after the last day of the billing period, but we all know what is said and what is done isn't always the same. Another concern is the platform; some mentioned it was slow and cumbersome. They have 2 platforms from what I can gather.. Are they both slow? It seemed like certain specialties were done on certain platforms, or at least that is what I got out of the archives. I really hate to jump from the frying pan to the fire so any info would be VERY much appreciated.. the good, bad, and the ugly! TIA!!

The archives have nothing very recent and nothing very nice to say about this company. Have things improved there over the last year? I notice their line count requirements are lower than most companies. Does this indicate an inability to provide MTs with enough work or good sound files? ANY recent information would be appreciated. hi, all. i searched the boards for recent info on softscript; latest is from august--not very postive. they say they're interested in an RN w/ MT experience & sent the link to their test. just want to know if anyone working for them now (or who has worked w/ them recently) has any input.
