I know the owner. She got about 70 resumes and had only one opening. She already hired someone for it. She only contacts one or two people she is interested in when she posts a job. I would prefer she send out thanks-for-your-interest-but-the-position-is-filled emails, but I don't think she feels like she has time to respond to everyone.
