Read Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck. I realize today I just became a dustbowl evicted - farm worker. Lets all pick peaches while there are peaches to pick, then move on down the road in our jalopies.

Grapes of Wrath' 1940
Excerpt
'.....The family settles in a shack and picks peaches for five cents a box, earning barely enough to feed the family......'
I don't think anybody's wrath is directed at workers
For the most part, it seems the barbs are going right where they belong- at management. The closest anyone has come to faulting the Indian workers themselves is the wage that they make, which they have no control over anymore than we do.
No sour grapes here...
Not to be disrespectful, but you must have worked for them when it was ran w/o Transcend...because it changed, believe me. Since I have been there, they have gone through at least four acct. mgrs. for their radiology. And I have sent, on several accounts, documented proof, with times of dictation, release, assignment, etc., and nothing was ever done. And as far as my performance, the only reason I am still with MDI is because of my pay, which reflects my experience and the fact that I have yet to have a report rejected or sent back for an error...I assure you there is no mud slinging here. I have documentation to back up every accusation made. I do not work on the account Rhonda is currently working because I refuse to work w/ her, not because I was booted, as you put. As far as the misery goes, it DID move on--to other accounts where I did not have to work w/ RJ.
No sour grapes here???
Having been the administrator of one of the largest radiology transcription programs on the east coast, I am having trouble understanding why you and your husband, with such a demonstrative level of professionalism and success in your area of expertise would be so put off by someone simply expressing their happiness with their work. Doesn't seem to make sense in my experience. Happy, successful people normally seek out and support happy and successful people. Toxic people, on the other hand, tend to seek out and support toxic people. Good luck in that life long endeavor.
Re: Sour grapes
That was a very interesting post by Mr. Rooster. I couldn't agree more.
Stop being a cry baby and grow up. Your anonymous post was seriously undermining and nasty and your complaints have fallen on deaf ears for a reason. My guess is they are inaccurate. You mention you have documentation, etc. It is obvious, your complaints are not credible.
Sour grapes, about having a better job?
Maybe I do not get your drift, but we all came out from under a thumb held so tightly we could hardly breathe to go on to better jobs, no constant harassment, no one breathing down our necks, no changing of the rules day after day, no picky-picky about the work, tell me exactly where the sour grapes come in because I have no clue as to what you are talking about...
Could this be sour grapes? h-m-m-m

Perhaps it's sour grapes?
I am a TL at Transcend and know a little history about some of the MLS listed in this thread. Transcend is a great company run by people who want to do right by their employees and their customers. Applicants, please consider that these MLS making posts had a role in their demise with the company. There are always two sides to every story.
Sour grapes?
Did you have a high percentage of reports going to QA? If not, then you can intelligently guess what the lines would be. This is one of the most fair-minded and supportive services I've ever worked for, and I've worked for many of the services out there.
Sounds to me like sour grapes because you can't cut it. I'm
They pay a diffential for more difficult accounts. I haven't seen any junk yet. Double dipping? What do you mean by that? What's your definition of double-dipping?
sounds like sour grapes to me

I've been an at-home MT since 1990, and was in-house for 12 years before that.
Amphion is the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, and FAIR company I've ever worked for.
Whoever is trying to make them look bad on here is lying, and I suspect it's one of the people from "another company" that DOES SUCK trying to bring down an honest reputable company because they're jealous that they don't have the character and professionalism that Amphion has.
no sour grapes here. I have a new job and love it. Just telling the truth is all.Just because some
Why dont you just lay off. Sour grapes because you weren't hired?
Sounds like it to me.

No sour grapes. They DO outsource to Trinidad. Openly on the net. Research it and you will see.

Don't understand your logic....Sour grapes = unprofessionalism, incompetence, outsourcing
A true professional MT will refuse to work under such conditions.
