I started working for them December 11th, overall a positive experience so far, in fact much different from run-away-fast but with some caveats:
---They've contacted me not at all about my schedule or productivity, but then again, haven't contacted me about other things either.
---They did have a teleconference earlier today though, and while I couldn't make it, they're scheduling another precisely for those like me who couldn't make today's.
---The work itself is great--very clear-speaking dictators, lots of editing (easier on the carpal tunnel), almost no ESLs (and even those speak clear English, unlike, as stated, most of the staff).
---Deal with the Human Resource Manager, Jennifer, if you can (American--in fact, New York accent); unlike my official supervisor, she's good about returning messages.
---The quantity of work was decent for the first three weeks or and pay is on time and in full, but for the last week, there's been suddenly very little work.
---Especially if you are or can be an independent self-starter type who can function with little supervision, I'd recommend them highly for a secondary contractor but wouldn't rely on them for primary income unless you're desperate (as I was)--and even then, would get at least a part-time additional contractor with more consistent work availability, as I'm in the process of doing.
Good luck.
