Depends where you go and if you are lucky enough to get one account and the same MDs. If not, no, you don't get used to them. Just as all US dictators are not created equal, neither are ESLs. You actually have arrogant ESLs with thick accents who dictate at 90 mph! Or some that have not been here long, speak very slowly, but totally butcher every word and a very good MT actually should not be able to get it as it should be left out for liability reasons if questionable. You can't assume with a patient's medical record! I'm afraid with these ESLd many MTs are winging it and that's just plain scary. ; 0
