You've got that right, baby! They are paying for our knowledge and experience, not how many key strokes we can make in an hour. The way we are paid is a national disgrace! No other industry that requires the knowledge that this one does pays their employees chump change. I for one refuse to work for these wages and for the money I'm making in MT I could work anywhere else. I refuse to give my knowledge to these companies for their insulting wages.
