What exactly is the difference between DSG1 and DSG2? (sm)
Saw posts some time earlier about DSG doing backup for MQ accounts. Is this the difference?
I know that DSG has their accounts split into DSG1 and DSG2 and I've noticed that the numbers for
both sides have been running a little low, may be due to the emphasis on tight turnaround time.
Sporadic problems with my account on DSG1 with sound but overall if offered DSG1 I would give it a
try, this is a good company. Not enough experience with DSG2 to give you a current opinion.
DSG vs DSG2
Does anyone know why they're divided into separate classifications when they're with the same co? TIA.
not sure about DSG2
and have had no problems. I like the account I'm on and DSG has nice people in management and QA. :)
that may be ... I'm on DSG1 and have no problems

They said this on a DSG2 conference call
...that it was overflow from MQ. This was news to me too.
Avoid DSG2 at all costs...don't know if it is rerecord or not
What is the DSG1 platform do you known. I thought it was DSG 2 that everyone complained about.

Question for people at DSG. Are you having enough work and for those on DSG1, do you have good
sound on your accounts. I think DSG2 is overflow from MQ. Am I correct on that. I had heard the sound is not as good. Can anyone let me know anything about this. I would appreciate it.
DSG2 accounts are awful..dictators and sound quality.
I've been there for years, work on the DSG1 side of things, pay on time, direct deposit, more
feedback lately. I have always found the staff and MTs helpful and friendly. Work does fluctuate, but if you have a few accounts, should keep you busy, also sound quality can be an issue but mostly okay.
