From MQ to MDI

MDI has been really great.  I have to agree with everything the other poster said.  My interview was also very casual (got rescheduled twice) but still very pleasant recruiter.  She indicated that she did not feel the need to test me, but be aware that your QA period of 2 weeks is basically your testing period.  You are on 100% QA during that time and they do review your reports completely.  I was released a little early (for good behavior LOL) from QA.

They are extremely flexible.  The only thing I'm a little disappointed in is the platform.  I'm used to DocQScribe and Bayscribe seems a little outdated to me, but at least I'm getting paid for my ADT info and carbon copies.

I'm getting a new computer soon as my PC is quite old and slow.  MQ provides my other computer, but I don't feel its right to use the MQ computer for another job.  Once I get the new computer, I'm definitely investing in InstaText.  The Expander on Bayscribe doesn't seem to work right for me.  Maybe it's just me or maybe I converted to many expansions from DQS and it can't hold them all.

At any rate, MDI has been great and their pay is wonderful compared to MQ and the VRE cuts we took.  You should definitely check them out.  Don't worried about the interview.  The recruiter didn't quiz me or anything.
