My pay was always on Fridays!
Not trying to stir the pot, but I felt bad for the attack on the original poster. I have been with TT for over a year, and my pay, with the exception of my first check which was Fedex'd, has indeed been in my checking account by 7 a.m. on Friday EVERY single pay period until this past week. SOI used automated payroll data processing, which is electronic. Funds are transferred electronically using up to date data processing software and technology, so depending on the bank, and how up to date it is with such technology, your pay could be very well be in earlier than the actual pay date. If the payor does not stipulate do not deposit before such and such a date, the bank can and often will deposit on receipt of transmission. For those banks or credit unions who do not use up to date technology, a paper check would be sent (gag). Believe it or not there are banks and credit unions that still operate this way. You can tell how technologically current your bank or CU is by writing a local check through a local business and seeing how fast it or slow it clears, either overnight, or a bit longer, like 2 or 3 business days.
How about you take Fridays off....and work one day out of the weekend. See if that eases your pain.
or work a few extra hours each during the week to make up for taking Friday off.
I would certainly look into changing my schedule around some how and taking off on Fridays if they were giving me that much difficulty.
