This can happen to anyone and in fact the statistics prove that right now you are not alone! Keep in mind that the bank does not want your house back. They would rather work something out with you.
Maybe the only reason you got turned down was because the new company didn't think they could match your current line rate, or perhaps they were afraid they wouldn't be #1 on your priority list since you are working 2 other jobs.
