Being asked to flex a little is not out of the question, but when it becomes a way of life at your job, it is unfair. MT's deserve to be treated better - They deserve to have work available from these companies when they say it will be there - with minor fluctuations - and not overhire to such an extreme that the turnaround time is, say, 5 minutes.
