First day and I'm very hopeful

This is my first day with Keystrokes and I really have a good feeling about everything. Everyone has been very friendly and get back to me in a very timely manner, something that I have not been used to lately. I believe this will be a mutually beneficial relationship.

Darned if I know. I'm just an MT, not management. If I were to guess, I would guess that they may have a new account coming on and hired people for it and then the account start date was delayed or something like that. That has happened at other companies I have worked for and sometimes is beyond the control of the MTSO. But it sure doesn't help us who are sweating bullets to meet our obligations. I keep hoping against hope we will go back to having enough work.

Sadly, there is NO way to prepare for something like this. The deck is stacked against the MT and some folks are not ashamed about dealing from the bottom of the deck.
