We are on the Company Board, dear.  Besides, one does not have to be employed by MQ to post on the Medquist board.  They only need to be discussing something related to MQ to post there . 

Again, if you are not satisfied with your present situation, do something different.  If you want to be part of a union, that's totally up to you.  If you think that will solve your problems, then go for it.  I just happen to think it's a bad idea.
