Did I say I was outraged? You have to sit back and think, are you the only one working on the account and it can't get set up? It's not a new account so you have to think maybe it might have something to do with your computer. Everytime I've had trouble with a platform, it has been my computer. Started a job a few years ago and they loaded their platform (I think the company was in Florida). Everytime I would do a report and send it, I would get an error message. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then their techs would get in my computer (one time for 8 hours they worked on it). Typed a report, sent it and got an error message. This went on for a week. Finally I said never mind, thanks anyway and went to work somewhere else. They would have kept trying but who had the time? It was my computer and I ended up buying a new one. Sometimes if the computers are old and the programs are new, they just don't mesh. I certainly would not bad mouth that company for the programs they used because I really don't think it was their fault.
And yes, I used to work for Landmark and enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately the account was lost to India.
