need to have a p.r.n. position IN ADDITION to the full or part-time position they already have! Since work can run out (and occasionally does), it helps to have a p.r.n. position to fall back on to supplement an income!

It's presumptuous, hateful attitudes like yours that contribute to our demise. What MTSO would even consider hiring someone with your negative, snarky attitude? Unbelievable...
