you have to have high speed internet service in order to even use an FTP. FTP (file transfer protocol) is one method companies will send your voice files over to you and then you will send them back via the FTP, but you have to have internet service for this. I have had voice files sent via e-mail but it works better with an FTP service; they may have their own or, in my case, I use one I prefer because it's really user friendly and easy to use, just drag and drop stuff.
