I was also fairly happy when I was working for CyMed. I had a good account that I enjoyed working on and a nice supervisor. Then, when SPi took over a little over a year ago, things drastically changed. My supervisor left with no warning and we were given no reason as to why. Then, within a period of a couple of months, I had about 4 different account supervisors who were all very rude and incompetent. They probably had less experience than I did in the field. My account started threatening to leave if our TAT wasn't improved (because people were quitting left and right and they couldn't fill positions), and my paychecks started getting all messed up like someone else mentioned. It is also true about the big layoff of US MTs over the summer. I am so glad to be out of that place. Please, don't take a job there. You will very much regret it if you do. I can guarantee it.
