First of all, please accept my condolences on the loss of your parent. I am truly sorry for your loss. Sadly, the behavior of Transcend did not surprise me, nor does the behavior of any large company. To them, we are just typing machines. I woke up feeling really relieved that I had quit. I want to remember MDI as the caring, good place it was. I refuse to sell my soul to some corporate entity. All I know personally about Transcend is that it offshores, but that is enough for me. Again, my condolences for your loss.
