I personally would rather work my hour of OT and not run out of work than have them completely overhire and then the slow season us have no work b/c we have too many employees (which the slow season is coming up and maybe that's why they are taking on new accounts). The other companies I've worked at have overhired during this time instead of expecting the regulars to pick up a little bit of slack and then I've gone weeks and weeks before with maybe 100-200 lines a day and some days no work- I can't live off that so I would much rather do more when needed. That's just the way I feel and everybody is different.
