I have been at Encompass for 3 months, and I can say they have been the fairest,most above-board, and organized place I have worked in the few years (3+) I have been working as an MT. The benefits are, indeed, fabulous when compared with other companies I have checked out (30 hours minimum to qualify for benefits, pro rated cost sharing, and good insurance programs. Pay is pretty average, I think, based on the shift you work. I find their Extext system very easy to use, and my lines immediately shot up from what I was doing with DocQscribe, have had no problem far exceeding my minimum lines. Good communication, treated with respect. I don't think there is any docking for errors, though they do a pretty thorough quality control check, maybe once a month, and their standards are high--they don't expect perfection, of course, and they are not nit-picky. Have to say I have been really favorably impressed--and I have worked for a number of companies.
