About average.
On any account I've done in 35 years, about 1/3 of the dictators are dreamy, 1/3 are so-so, and 1/3 are challenging (for a variety of reasons - shaking fist at whoever invented the cell phone!). But since we don't assign work and everyone is expected to participate equally in the good, the bad, and the ugly, no one Transcriptionist is overly burdened. It seems to work out.
