I actually learned transcription on Radiology reports, then moved onto ERs in my next job. I love both specialties but prefer ERs. When I was hired at the company I work for now 3 years ago I was told I would type nothing but ERs...which hasn't been true. I can produce so many more lines typing ER reports. I like where I'm at but if I found another company where I could do nothing but ERs, I'd go in a heartbeat. They are definitely my favorite of any specialty.
