Can anyone who works for JLG, who uses EHR, give me any advice on how to speed things up-- meaning, not using the mouse all the time? I am not sure if I am missing the shortcuts or what, but this drives me crazy! Also, does anyone else notice that you cannot use the shortcut keys to change upper to lower case or look at your autocorrect by using the ALT keys? Not sure if it is just me or what!
