her thoughts about this with Landmark? Obviously they still owe her money too even though she has quit (as they do me). It doesn't take that long, over six weeks? No way.
Hope you never get into a situation like this, because no one will want to hear you complain about not getting paid or whatever it is you are complaining about!

Don't any of you read your e/mail? ie, the one from the owner titled 'schedules'. If you had, you'd see that she not only was explaining the 'ebb and flow' of things, the likely reasons, but actually gave a time frame in which she expected things to 'settle down' and get back to normal. If you understand this business from all angles, you understand too how hard is it to keep the balance. But when the doctors are not dictating -- you cannot do anything about it. Relax. Read your mail. Do what else you can do, that you normally don't have time for. If you manage your affairs so it isn't paycheck to paycheck, then you work when there's work and relax some when there is not. As far as the keeping the committment for lack of work -- no one has ever expected the committment be kept if there truly is not work; how could they? but YOU need to communicate to your liaisons too, so they are aware of the situation. Why can't there be a little give/take when times are like this, instead of bashing the best company around??
