Don't know why all the ex-DRs are being quiet.

Normally there are majority of negative posts, all with valid experiences. My biggest warning - watch out for the old bait and switch. You will be on a training program for up to a month, I believe. You can decide to go off early if your production is higher than your training pay. But...the minute you go off training, its like somebody pulled the rug out from under you, and all the dictators and nice work VANISHES. Poof! Then its pulling your hair out to make line counts. Horrible. Horrible mgmt and recruiter is worth nothing to help you in the end. Just be careful and don't let them bait you. Good luck! It has always been said that those who work hospital accounts are better off than actual DR employees. My hospital went south, so I had no choice. Management was a mess. Pay on time. Heard new computers, though mine was a dinosaur. DR also had past labor board charges, etc. Not as rosy as they are presenting themselves!

They don't know we have kept it all very quiet
That is about all I know but I still must finish mentoring. Florence wants me under her wing as she put it.
My, my, my....it's awfully quiet around here
I guess the psychics were wrong tonight.
Should have kept quiet.
Was it worth coming on and saying how great this company is? Look what it created. This subject just needs to GO AWAY. Don't know about all you, but I am tired of hearing about it.
Wow, you really need to just be quiet...
Can't you see it? You are totally proving the point about SS. They are AWFUL to work for! However, I guess if an MT is into abuse, then SS is the perfect place for them.
Really, haven't you ever heard the saying, Better to keep mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open mouth and remove all doubt.
Hush now.
why don't you just be quiet already??
You're making quite a bit of enemies here.
Sure, come here and keep it quiet. haha sm
We're quiet because...
I think we're all just frantically trying to find new jobs. No luck for me so far.
I prefer quiet, too. Everything seems fine. nm

I am perfectly satisifed there. I like it quiet. nm

Yep, all quiet on the SS Management Front here...
They can't refute the truth about the company, can they?
'cricket noises' ... all quiet from J&R...
AVOID THIS COMPANY. THE END.
If it is someone you trust to keep it quiet I agree but not to the world.
The world does not have the right to know what has been negotiated between an MTSO and an MT.
Whoops. I meant quiet suddenly. nm

Is it co. policy to keep dirty, little secrets quiet?

I'm not damage control! I'm really nobody in the grand scheme of things. Just a quiet MT!
That is what is just soooooooooooooo weird still with MQ. I don't know - I've been there for a long time, never talk to anybody, never hear from anybody, my account always has work, and its a great account. I have a back up, which I rarely get a report from. When I do, I admit, its challenging in that I have to look up a doctor here and there, but I just have never had a problem once. I got transferred to Amherst, too, and everything is fine. No changes. I had some I-mail problems, along with everyone else, called the 1-800 # and got people on the phone immediately, who were super nice. Had a mistake with my check, my fault entered hours in wrong section, and got a person on the phone immediately, who fixed the problem and had a new check out to me the next day. Its really a mystery to me why some have problems. When I do ask my bosses about it, they say my head would spin if I heard the problems some MTs are - how picky they are - how rude - cherry pickers or will only type on the 3rd Tuesday of the second week after a full moon - never answer THEIR phones, never answer emails, etc. Whole reverse of what I hear on this board 24/7. And I have to admit, I believe the office people who tell me their side, cause I know I've never experienced one singly problem that some MTs on this board whine about constantly. And I've survived the new QA plan, no big deal at all, and survived the dreaded office transfer - nothing to it at all! So, I can't help but think that we somehow get the treatment we earn at MQ, or at any company for that matter. And, no, please don't patronize me or kid yourselves. I'm just an MT with some time to kill on the boards tonight!
Stay low and stay very, very quiet. Do not
ask questions, do not talk to the supervisors unless forced to. The answer will always be the same, that you are the only one who has an issue, everything else is perfect. Never mention anyone's name. This place has the mentality of the Borg, everyone has been assimilated, which means if your supervisor does not like you, or does not like your friend, you have no chance. You associate with so and so, so you are exactly like them. That quickly goes through the Borg network and every team lead, ROM, and person in management, including HR, is aware of it. You'll be labeled a trouble maker and your life will not be worth living. Any trial to clear your name will be done in the fashion of the trial of witches. You are in a dunking chair - if you drown you are innocent but it is too late by then.
Remember, a ROM never makes a mistake and never tells something that isn't true. They are perfect (and nastier than a pack of hiennas.)
If you run out of work, it is your fault. You are just lazy. Can't make enough to take care of your family? Too bad, you need to work harder.
And forget getting an answer from management. It doesn't
happen. So, as before, stay low and very quiet.
And do a good job? You can be assured that if you do a good job, do what you are supposed to do, and stay quiet, no one will even recognize your name. They have no idea where you work, what your schedule is, or that you even belong to Transcend.
