I came from MQ and am very glad I made the move. They use Dictaphone/EXText platform. Nice people, very helpful, I had lots of input from QA when I started, and now they leave me alone but someone always gets back to me promptly when I have a question. I feel like they are actually happy to have me working for them and that they know I exist. They are also flexible with my schedule, which I like. Coming from MQ these are all things I no longer take for granted. The only thing I miss is no incentive, but then again looking at MQ's new bonus plan, it suddenly doesn't bother me as much and I definitely made the right move for me.
