Of course there is something extra in it for them; otherwise, why would they be doing it? It is most certainly not just to 'save their client.' They just enjoy ticking off their ICs, ruining their reputation online for paying such a low rate, and spending time training people on this new program only to discover that they won't like it, right? Yeah, that sounds like something I would do just for the heck of it, too, just because I'm nice.
