doubt it is being run out of the US. All technology comes from offshore and the technology is awful. Everything is going to SR. Their own SR program. New software program not only goes through spellcheck at end of report, which is fine, but goes through device which checks grammatical errors, account specifics, etc. Unless all is clear, it won't send.
Insurance is awful. Everything out of pocket and they will be charging extra next year if you are overweight or smoke. You must undergo a PE they set up.
