I realize that you admit to being old too, so perhaps your memory is failing. You felt it necessary to announce to the world wide web that because you were rejected from a position of employment that the fault lay with a ditzy, incompetent, know-nothing of a recruiter (I'm paraphrasing here). In ever subsequent email and posting, you continue to harp upon your vast experience of 20 and what a great MT YOU think you are. Can you not get over the fact that our organization just doesn't agree with your highly subjective self-assessment? By our standards, you are not of our quality. This assessment was obtained through the review of your resume (poorly written w/ grammatical errors), a low test score and a poor interview. I'm sorry if this distresses you, but once again, I am willing to go overboard and suggest viable, alternative employment help. As an expert in Human Resources, I will go as far as to improve your resume, free of charge. I do not know what else one person or one company can do. I do not agree with your assessment of any emails being nasty and ripping into you, but it is clear that your anger and disappointment at not being selected for hire has clouded and affected your judgment.
It appears by the many other responses on this bitch board that your version of events is misguided and incorrect and that our company did nothing wrong in handling your application. I do not expect to convince you otherwise, but it is clear the majority agrees with me. Let it go- you can flourish without us, I'm sure. I have faith in you.
