I have started working for a new company and for me to get any work, I have to email someone to ask them to give me some work.. They give me a few and I type them and have to re-email for more work.. Is this normal?? I was with a few other companies in the past and they always just put me on a pool and I transcribed whatever came up.. I feeling like the dictation is gold and they are hoarding it.. I am about ready to scream. Just give me the work and let me type. Is this normal???????
