• Why people don't communicate with their employer but come here instead for direct advice from people they don't even know?


• Why people don't look at their own references first before coming here for assistance?


• Why people don't want to learn to use references but instead will wait for an answer here?


• Why they get upset if everyone on the board does not feel the way they do about any topic? 

Just curious if anyone else wonders the same about these situations?!
