Why should I tattle to management?
Yes it does look bad here but management is not going to listen to an MT telling them that they need more QA to do audits or whatever it is they do. I couldn't get my work done if I reported every glaring error that I saw. Nobody is perfect but if they did audits (and I need them myself because I have gone back and seen my own stupid errors) it would cut down on this type of thing.
