Oh, the agony! Inconsistent QA feedback. Multiple accounts to work on because there was NEVER any work in the primary account. This was an ongoing problem. Therefore, totally different account specifics for each account (many). Nasty e-mails sent from management to ALL MTs often. Threatening types of e-mails -- if you failed to meet production, would go to prn status (get work IF there was any available), but everyone was struggling to meet production because there was not enough work in the first place. Sound quality on many of the accounts was nasty.
The platform is very good, user friendly.
It has came to my attention that I have known a ton of MTs and QA specialists who have worked for DSG and none of us lasted very long. We have all laughed when we realize how this was the place we all left the quickest.
