I think the ESL level depends on the accounts that you are on. I also have never run out of work with my secondary account and they are always willing to accept help on the other accounts too. Management has been more than just great to me. They have bent over backwards to the point of shock that their backs did not break to work with me during some health issues. I, in fact, heard of many who had the same issues as myself that actually lost their jobs when going through this. This was a shock to me because management at DSG never gave me any indication that my job was in jepordy during my undependability with my health issues and they have never actually met me. Many of my friends who lost their jobs were the nicest, hardest working people who I have ever met and they worked face-to-face with the people who fired them!?! Anyway, I have been with them for more than 3 years and the pay is good, and on time every time. I have always been almost immediately responded to when I sent questions/problems/emails. Management has always been great to me. I wish that I could mention their names here, but do not want to break any rules. By the way I am an MT who works a few different accounts, and admire all MTs who do acute care as their bread and butter. I have never sent in an acute care report without it going through QA either. I hope this helps.
