As an MT or QA person, DSG will put you on tons of accounts, all with different account specifications, and each work type with different specifications. They also change the rules often. It feels like your head is always spinning.
As others have indicated, you then have a rudeless factor to deal with. Add to this that they tend to avoid communication. Not sure when they went downhill, but it appears to have occurred when a certain person joined the management staff.
