The problem is that to management some emails may seem like they can wait, but when you are sitting at home by yourself wondering about something and have no interaction with management on a daily basis (like you would at an office job) and the account specifics are not clear, then you want an answer from your lead...it is only common courtesy...and when you don't get one at all or days later, you feel isolated to a point and wonder what is going on that you can't get an answer to a simple question....these are MTs who are doing the work for the company, they should be appreciated a bit more...and yes I worked for them in the past...I know people who still work there and nothing has changed since I left over a year ago...it is very sad because there are some in management who are wonderful and some who should not be management at all because they are just plain rude and snotty...I think they have forgotten what it is like to be an MT....
