They offer offer shore as an option, but certainly do not thrive on it. I am on a smart source account and I love it. At least they are open about their off-shore option, get used to it, they all will do it soon; and if you refuse to work for a company that doesn't you better get in another field. I was an IC for 10 years for a crook, and I am just beginning to try to pay my way out of it. I love my job with DR. Sure is better than working for a dishonest crook who did not off-shore, and he will when he realizes he can make 1 penny.
