Downloading DocQscribe
I had no problem doing this.
What do you mean by downloading schedules?
DOWNLOADING PROGRAM
I am having a terrible time downloading DocQScribe to my computer. I worked all day on this and talked to 3 tech support people. I don't know what else to do but not be able to do the job now.
Thanks,
I tried downloading it into Express Scribe and it wouldnt go into that.
It's a mystery and they have never gotten back to me so I assume as I cannot play their sound file, I wont be considered for the job. I tried everything to get it to work.
Reboot your computer after downloading ExpressScribe

I think the only thing they are strict on is downloading things to the computer. sm
General surfing the web and stuff isn't a problem. I surf the web all the time for medical references, etc... and I haven't ever had a problem. I know that they are strict about not downloading anything to the computer because it may cause a conflict with the software they use.
Hope that helps.
Maybe a problem with voice files downloading like yesterday. nm
I tested 2 days ago and had no problem downloading the files.
I opened up my ExpressScribe. Right click on the file, and save target as, save to your desktop. This will put a test file on your computer that says Hospital Test or something like that. Then click on it and it wil open up with the zipped files. Highlight the file, and to the left (in windows XP) you will see an option to unzip file. Click it and it will unzip and put the unzipped file on your desktop. Start ExpressScribe and load the wave file. No problem,
