YES SHE WAS AN IC NOT AN EMPLOYEE   

SHE IS JUST TRYING TO STIR UP TROUBLE.  ONE OF THOSE.

  • Some states allow for part time unemployment. sm - LMT
  • you can't file unless sm - longtimeMT
