Sure I thought of those things and I support their right to do whatever they want with THEIR company. Sell it, merge it, whatever else they want. They built it, they own it. Where my beef comes in is that they kept telling us to hang in there, that they were getting big accounts, that the slowdown was only temporary. And whether they file bankrupcy or not would not affect me. I went to another company after the merger. (But I honestly hope MDI is in good shape--D is a nice person and I do wish the best for them.) You know, it is kinda like when your kid acts up in school. You still love them but wish they had acted differently. I just wish the merger had been handled a little differently but you know what, it is not my company, it is THEIRS. I have no problem with that.
