Not only do I routinely top that, but for employees in general, the bottom acceptable competence level is 150 lines per hour. Below that you get their attention to see how to bring you up to standard, and at 165 LPH the very first of 6 progressively increasing incentive categories begins.
Regarding actual availability of work, it does fluctuate. That is just a reality of this field, as well as many others, these instant-communication days.
Some days I do have to arrange my shifts here and there to be available when work is, but since I usually know what days and hours run low, I spend those hours shopping, playing, etc., and zero time sitting around waiting for work, as some people complain they're forced to do. Best wishes wherever you end up.
