I actually have a combo package with Brighthouse that includes my internet, cable and unlimited nationwide LD phone for $120. That breaks down to $33.21 for phone, $39.87 for internet, $34.92 for cable (+$6 for the converter). I really haven't been able to find anything better in my area and have had them for years w/o a problem.
And, yes, the LD is truly unlimited nationwide.
