Good views IMO! sm
I agree.  I can tell you that the way the two large systems work here, you are given a specific shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd, just like the nurses/staff in the hospital).  You must be logged on at start time and they can see how often you are turning in reports.  You are allowed an hour lunch when you see fit and just drop an e-mail to your supervisor to let her know.  At end time, you do your final reporting and log off, just like  you were in-house.  Its simple and confined to your specific dept. and dept. supervisors, maybe a total group of 4-5 MTs and one main supervisor.  They meet usually once a month for updates/meetings.  Sounds wonderful, just wish I could have made it in.  Four-phase interview, three of which were with supervisors and went better than perfect. Fourth phase was a peer interview -  two women who hated me from the second I walked in. I could tell instantly.

I agree with you. I share your views on interviewing the

applicants.  You must be able to talk one on one with them and be able to relate.   Much of what you say I also feel.  Also, the things that I do discuss with my applicants remain with me.  They are confidential and they do not go past me as a recruiter, but I use them to help me in my job and to help my company.  I want all the folks I interview to know that their thoughts are safe, no matter what we might discuss regarding their experiences, etc.

Not to mention, if you notice the page views

people aren't looking at the ads like they are looking at other ads posted. That should tell them something.
