Blacklist you?

Why, for violating a noncompete clause? If you underbid on an account you did *with that company*, yeah, they can go after you legally. I would think that would be limited to specific accounts. No way would I underbid myself! Oy! Making better money would be the whole point of getting your own accounts.
I'm pretty happy where I'm at, so I'm probably not gonna go seeking my own accounts. I can't help but be a little tempted when I hear people brag about all the crazy money in it. But overall - nah. I've got it good, and I don't want to deal with all the extra aggravation.
Thanks for the info, though! Any more to share?

Blacklist???
Is there such a thing as an MT blacklist passed around by companies? I have had many months of crappy accounts and at times no account at all. I want to be ethical and not leave on bad terms, but can't afford to waste another two weeks of my life with little to no income. If I leave without giving a full two weeks' notice can I be blacklisted (if there is such a thing)? Any advice appreciated.
Where's this MTSO Blacklist?
I haven't seen it. Does it exist?
