Some of us with over 15-30 years do make 10 cpl; however, the great equalizer is VR paidd at 0.45 more or less. Unfortunately, MTSO's will used the experienced MT's skills for their most difficult dictators, copy this onto their VR system, then all your hard work ends up on VR for the good of the company and to be fair to the rest of the company. The only chance to make a decent wage is to find a MTSO whose client base is so difficult and have so many ESL dictators, that they don't qualify for VR.
